Terri Wallace joined the Camaraderie Foundation in October 2013 and currently serves as the Executive Director. Terri has more than 15 years senior executive experience in non-profit management, strategy, developing and administering programs, and fund development. She has a proven background in cultivating new business, special events, major gifts, corporate giving and volunteer leadership development.

Executive Assistant

Skye joined the Camaraderie Foundation in February 2015. Skye brings over 20 years of administrative and event planning experience in both the nonprofit and private sector. Working for organizations including The American Cancer Society, Metroplan Orlando, and The Institute of Internal Auditors she brings valuable experience balancing the multiple responsibilities inherent with nonprofit organizations. In her personal life Skye has a passion for animals in need and has volunteered for local animal rescues for over 10 years.

Timothy D. Shea

Development Manager

Tim joined the Camaraderie Foundation in November 2015 after serving as a Loaned Executive for the Heart of Florida United Way. Mr. Shea brings his unique skill set of over 15+ years of fundraising (non-profit and political), sales, marketing, and recruiting. He brings a fresh perspective to fundraising in today’s economy. He is a member of the Central Florida AFP, has been a member of the North Florida AFP as well as various other business and civic organizations. He is originally from Jacksonville, FL but has strong ties to Orlando and central Florida. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Political Science. Tim enjoys spending time with his 3 children, is active in their sports and activities and enjoys politics, sports, FSU football, snowboarding and time with friends.
